SOCIAL MEDIA/COMMUNICATIONS
We've made a couple Instagram posts and are imperfectly launching our own accounts on
Facebook and LinkedIn to tell our story and bring awareness. Can you help?!?!

DONOR RELATIONS
Do you know what it takes to build engagement with our donors? We need help
to develop something that is sustainable for volunteers to run!

PROCESS DOCUMENTING
It's one thing to be Oprah and say, "You get a car, You get a car" and another thing to figure out how to go from
creating an order, to get the $$ from the bank account, to getting the materials in the hands of the students.
We are all volunteers working with already stretched-thin staff, so this needs to be secure and easy.

BOARD ORIENTATION/GOVERNANCE
Do you love procedures, processes and leaving a roadmap for those coming in behind you?
We need that to help get members aligned and on the same page quickly!
