No single gift opens every door, but together we open many to support Neurodiversity!
We are changing things up this year, with a breakfast buffet opening at 7:30 AM.
Come early for breakfast, purchase t-shirts, take photos and meet other attendees who support Neurodiversity!

Who should come?
ALL ARE WELCOME! - Community members, students, parents, grandparents, visual learners, auditory learners, those who need to move around, those who like to stay seated, those who use ASL, and those who do not.
The beauty of this event is gathering in a room with others who believe neurodiversity should be celebrated and supported, championing individuals who learn differently, bring extraordinary strengths and superpowers, and thrive with supports that may look different (or “with supports that meet their individualized needs.”)
What if I need an accommodation?
ASL interpreter will be supporting the event.
We will NOT have background music playing during the arrival/breakfast time to help those with auditory sensitivities.
The breakfast buffet has a variety of choices we hope will meet your dietary needs.
If there is something else we can do to make your experience more supportive, please let us know!
What time should I arrive?
7:30 a.m. Breakfast Buffet opens: New this year, we will serve breakfast before the program, buffet style, so come early to meet others in our community who support neurodiversity!
What is the Buffet Menu?
Lots of great options for you including: scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, bacon, breakfast potatoes, yogurt w/ granola, breakfast breads, pastries, fresh fruit, orange Juice, coffee (regular/decaf), and tea.
What else can I do if I arrive early?
Photo ops: Gather at our Opening Doors Together photo space to capture the moment with friends and family!
T-shirts for sale: Purchase a themed T-shirt at the event! All forms of payment are welcome and proceeds will benefit the Lionsgate Foundation.
What if arrive closer to 8:20, and the program is starting?
Don’t worry, the buffet will remain open through the program so grab breakfast and get settled. It’s ok to get up and move around if you need a coffee refill too!
What will the program cover?
Lionsgate Foundation overview: Melaina Bjorklund has been the volunteer Chair of the Board for 13 months now and will highlight activities this past year, including updating our Mission Statement.
Project highlights: Lionsgate Academy Staff will help show results from the things the Foundation has funded and continues to support.
Keynote speaker: We are honored to welcome Dr. Anastasia Ristau, PHD and Licensed Psychologist who will help us understand more about “Neurodiversity” and why it matters.
Video segment: The video highlight continues with Nobel Films brings another snapshot of how the work the Lionsgate Foundation is doing is impacting neurodiverse individuals.
Partners in Purpose Awards: It’s our 2nd year of grants to other non-profit organizations who share our mission.
